The Mario 5 Frame (DC O4 Advanced Edition) is a high-performance 5-inch FPV drone frame designed for freestyle, cinematic, and racing pilots who demand strength, precision, and versatility. Built from T300 3K carbon fiber with aviation-grade aluminum hardware, this quadcopter frame delivers maximum durability while keeping weight to a minimum.

With a 227 mm wheelbase, the Mario 5 is engineered for aggressive freestyle maneuvers and smooth cinematic flying. It weighs 129 g without 3D-printed parts and 170 g fully equipped, offering a perfect balance of agility and stability in the air.

The top and bottom plates are 2.5 mm thick carbon fiber, paired with a 2.0 mm middle plate for extra rigidity. 6 mm carbon fiber arms handle the stress of high-powered motors and heavy impacts. Camera mounting supports both 19 mm and 20 mm FPV cameras, secured with 7 mm screws.

For hardware compatibility, the Mario 5 offers 30.5 × 30.5 mm (M3) flight controller mounting holes, 20 × 20 mm (M2) and 25.5 × 25.5 mm (M2) VTX mounting patterns, plus dedicated space for a GPS module (18 × 18 × 7 mm), receiver (25 × 13 × 6 mm), and capacitor (Φ10 × 20 mm). The motor mounting pattern supports 16–19 mm holes, and the frame accommodates propellers up to 5.1 inches.

A 3 mm silicone battery anti-slip pad ensures secure battery placement, while yellow TPU 3D-printed parts add style and functional protection. The head and standoffs are precision-machined from aviation aluminum for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
